Inside Delivery?*

When the driver is required to bring the pallet inside the building (also considered driver assist). No inside delivery for residential. Please give details such as if there are stairs or elevators.

Tailgate Required?*

Delivery tailgate means that the pallet will be lowered to the ground in front of the establishment (business/home) that it is delivered to. Required if there is no loading dock – unless company has fork lift to unload the freight on their on accord.

Appointment Delivery?*

Yes

Appointment delivery means that you will receive a call in order to schedule an appointment as to when the goods will be delivered. This also applies when the consignee has specific receiving hours, as well as if a call before delivery is requested. This will ALWAYS apply with residential orders.
