Shipping and Return Policy
We offer shipping to the following provinces in Canada – with their corresponding rough lead times noted as well:
- Ontario – 1-3 business days
- Quebec – 1-3 business days
- British Columbia – 5-10 business days
- Alberta – 3-7 business days
- Saskatchewan – 3-7 business days
- Manitoba – 2-5 business days
- New Brunswick
- Nova Scotia
- Prince Edward Island
- Newfoundland and Labrador
Shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout.
Lead times vary by province – see above for rough delivery timeframes noted per province. Again, this is an estimate and never guaranteed. In the event an item on your order becomes unavailable, you will be notified by email and we will provide options of how to proceed.
We use multiple shipping couriers and freight carriers.
We direct ship right from our warehouse. All items leave our warehouse in brand new condition. All orders MUST be inspected upon receipt and missing item(s) must be noted to the carrier and on the Bill of Lading (BOL). If anything of this nature occurs, it MUST also be reported to a member of the BUM Team immediately.
If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the condition in which it arrived and DO NOT accept the order. Reach out to a member of the BUM Team immediately, if the office is closed, please reply back to your order confirmation email or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and note your order number along with photos of how the order arrived, and as any other important details.
We will do our best to make things right as soon as possible. If you do accept the order before you realize there is damage to all or part of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Keep everything, including any damaged materials, packaging and shipping carton until we have resolved the issue.
All orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt of said order. Provided they are unused and in the original packaging. If you wish to return your order, please reply back to your order confirmation email (or email email@example.com) and state your order number for reference. Attach photos of all of your items that you wish to return.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. If 7 days has past since the order was delivered, we will be unable to provide a refund. If the products are out of original packaging, and cannot be returned for any reason, we will not be able to provide a refund.
A member of the BUM Team must approve the return of any items being returned. Without approval, you may not return any items from your order.
